Position Overview
The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR activities, contributing to the implementation of initiatives that drive organizational success and employee engagement. Collaborating with the HRBP, the HR Specialist will focus on delivering effective HR solutions and ensuring smooth execution of HR operations to meet business needs.
Your Impact
Role and Responsibility
- Serve as a key partner and advisor to teams on HR-related matters, working closely with the HRBP to provide support and guidance.
- Manage and execute employee life-cycle activities, including hiring, onboarding, performance processes, employee discipline, employee communication, and terminations.
- Participate in and support the execution of organizational development initiatives, workforce planning, and succession planning to align with business strategies.
- Facilitate training programs and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies through various development plan.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
- Strengthen Employer Branding through recruitment campaigns, partnerships with universities, and participation in external events.
- Participate in global and regional HR projects, providing input and supporting alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and standards, contributing to process improvement and system implementation efforts.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment, L&D, employee relations, and HR project management.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
