For our Moncler IT Business Intelligence function, we are looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Specialist to join the Team at our HQ in Milan with a maternity leave contract.

The Business Intelligence Specialist will bring expertise in financial and reporting practices to develop business intelligence solutions and will be involved in the following activities:

• Build and deliver data warehouse and strategic BI solutions and platforms (real-time data pipelines, data visualizations, interactive reports, custom ad-hoc reporting)
• Develop and maintain an understanding of Business Intelligence technology, including data analysis, reporting tools, and other methods of information delivery
• Work closely with key decision makers and IT Business Partners to identify how data and information should be presented across the company;
• Develop key expertise in data analytics and visualization techniques
• Analyze, understand, and document user needs to ensure accurate fulfillment of user story requests
• Conduct and facilitate internal testing and the UAT phase.

Who We Are Looking For

Main Qualifications:

• Knowledge of BI and Analytics concepts and data visualizations tools like Microstrategy, Power BI
• Good knowledge of SQL query design and performance tuning for accuracy and efficiency
• Knowledge of ERP SAP module FI
