Overview

As Wholesale Back Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our wholesale retail network across Moncler France, Benelux, Spain & Portugal.  You will work closely with our Wholesale Area Managers in the region, to support the wholesale business across Adults and Enfant lines.

 

The main activities of the Wholesale Back Office Coordinator will be:


Your Impact

  • To Develop and monitor monthly Sell out entry;
  • To input Weekly sales for SIS;
  • To maintain customer database and E-CRM management;
  • To support on PO collection with customer service team;
  • To support on returns collection with customer service team;
  • To support on digital showroom set up for selling campaigns;
  • To overview during selling campaigns on agenda, cover sheets, order entry, core package checking, merch checking, etc…
  • To assist in contacting with merchandising and logistics teams for our partners to ensure smoother communication daily;
  • To assist in sharing staff training and marketing assets;
  • To support with re-orders;
  • To regularly update and maintain the Store visit diary and call set up;
  • To take actively in charge the Wholesale Newsletter creation and emailing to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package is required, particularly Excel;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and solution-seeking skills;
  • Good communication skills, a highly proficient level of written and oral English and French; Spanish, Portuguese or Italian proficiency would be an advantage for the role;
  • Enthusiastic and Proactive. You are rigorous, organised, and responsive;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively;
  • Flexible and Adaptable, therefore able to work well with changing tasks and priorities;
  • Ability to work independently against tight deadlines and also as part of a team.
