Overview

Moncler is offering a 6-month internship as Visual Merchandising Coordinator (M/F) within our EMEA headquarters team in Paris, starting in September 2025.

 

Directly reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising EMEA, our VM Coordinator Intern will be responsible for handling various operational & administrative tasks within the department, contributing to its smooth functioning and successful achievements.


Your Impact

Main Responsibilities:

 

●     Assist the VM team with in-store collection installations in our Parisian boutiques.

●     Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising and Allocation teams for deliveries and look selections during new collection launches.

●     Oversee inventories of VM elements (accessories, mannequins, etc.), including stock management.

●     Manage and regularly update shared files.

●     Collaborate with the EMEA Operations team on joint projects.

●     Supervise and assist in managing administrative tasks in coordination with the EMEA headquarters, Global HQ in Milan, and the rest of the regions.


Qualifications

Desired Profile:

  •     Currently enrolled in a degree related to Visual Merchandising, Window/interior Design.
  •     Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for interaction with international teams in store and headquarters; Proficiency in French would be considered a strong plus.
  •     Proactive and able to work independently while bringing new ideas to the table.
  •     Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of excellence.
  •     Displays a keen interest in the Luxury and Retail industries.
  •     Previous experience in Visual Merchandising and/or working in luxury retail stores would be a significant advantage.
  •     Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
