We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Consumer Knowledge Specialist to join our Digital Engagement & Loyalty team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. You will play a key role in transforming customer data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Your Impact
As a Consumer Knowledge Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer-centric strategies by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth and enhance decision-making across the organization
Activities:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns, translating findings into strategic insights
- Lead the delivery of weekly and monthly client performance KPIs across channels and regions, using both ad hoc SQL extractions and available dashboards
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects related to customer segmentation and analytical modeling
- Ensure consistency and reliability of customer KPIs and insights shared with stakeholders across functions
- Support the enhancement of existing analytical tools and the design of new views to monitor customer performance over time
Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, CRM, or customer insights roles
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform/ Big Query and other programming languages (Python, R, C) are a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data in simple terms
- Fluent in Italian and English
