Reporting to the Omnichannel Training Manager KOREA and being part of the OMNI Training team, your key focus will be the Korea retail network, developing the retail teams through induction, training and coaching on the floor, contributing to business growth and meeting the needs of the Area and stores.
Your Impact
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute regular and ad-hoc training sessions and support onsite facilitation.
- Lead field- based coaching focus on ensure an exceptional client Journey that aligns with Moncler Loop
- Organize and translate global and local training content for effective in- store application.
- Organize trainings according to local training plan (training venue, logistics, invites, etc)
- Responsible for the retail onboarding program and supporting new starters' integration in store
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge and client Journey is always maintained
- Coordinate the work of In Store Trainers, supporting their development
- Manage and maintain always the e-learning tool as new article and product news
- Incorporate ongoing program feedback and manage updates and by evaluating the quality and success of training
- Maintain and analyze reporting tools for training and coaching execution
- High level understanding for store operation & selling process
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1~2 years of work experience preferably in retail training (Luxury retail)
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and retail excellence principles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Proven Experience for conducting field coaching on retail excellence and service.
- Proficiency in digital learning tool (e-leaning system/ virtual training).
- Preferred to have knowledge and training experience for fashion brands
- Fluent in English.
