We are looking for a passionate and engaged Client Development Intern to join our Client Development team in our Global HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Support on the development of 1to1 CRM campaign, retail Newsletter and client journey development (liaise with other departments, track all materials/tools);
- Interaction and coordination with regions and IT teams as an interface for information sharing;
- Support the team in collection of feedback from regions and consolidation of the final output;
- Support in the preparation of analysis, reports and client insights using CRM and BI tools;
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Client Development team.
Qualification
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics or similar;
- Professional use of Italian & English;
- Precision, proactivity, time management, and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (in particular Excel & Power Point);
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
