Your Impact

Position Overview

 

Retail Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting Moncler retail team by effectively managing daily store operations. This position specifically focuses on optimizing various aspects of the retail business within duty-paid channels to maximize sales, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure seamless operations through support, guidance, and coaching to the store team

 

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Compile and deliver a weekly sales and KPIs report for the region
  • Support the retail team in setting monthly store targets and quarterly MBO targets
  • Generate monthly incentive results and share them with relevant stakeholders
  • Analyze various sales and KPI data, identifying trends with the retail team
  • Utilize technology for sales recording, data analysis, and future planning purposes

Coordination & Communication

  • Assist in implementing changes and initiatives to enhance store performance and competitiveness
  • Follow up on general requests from the store team (Workplace, Cegid, Allzone, Monclient3.0, etc.)
  • Support administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency, such as managing official documents, maintaining landlord directory, etc
  • Maintain effective communication with diverse stakeholders to optimize promotional activities

Project Support

  • Actively contribute to strategic projects including store openings, relocations, and closures
  • Support the organization of local events and promotions in coordination with Marketing and Clienteling departments
  • Provide ad-hoc support for retail projects led by each project leader

Qualifications

Role Competencies & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 – 3 years of relevant experiences in fashion retail industry, preferably luxury brands
  • Open-minded and proactive with the ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills in retail business operations
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a supportive team-player mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint
  • Professional proficiency in English
