Overview

6 MONTHS | FULL-TIME | FROM JUNE

 

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Merchandise Analysis Intern to join our team Retail Merchandising at our Global Headquarters in Milan.


Your Impact

Main Activities:

 

  • Support in generating weekly/monthly sales reports: preparation of various Excel-based reports and business summaries using internal data systems and Excel;
  • Support in gathering regional feedback from local merchandising teams;
  • Monitoring sales and elaborate forecasts and projections, optimizing stock level across channels and eventually proposing transfers and replenishments;
  • Analysing sales and stock on a daily basis and provide insights;
  • Working closely with various corporate departments (Collection Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Planning) on cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that retail requirements are met.

Qualification

Requirements:

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Passion and sensibility for the Luxury sector in particular for Merchandising or Buying functions;
  • Strong interpersonal, team player and communication skills;
  • Fluent English and Italian, both spoken and written;
  • Strong analytical skills and attitude;
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Ease in working in a fast-changing environment.
