Overview

We are looking for a Knitwear CAD Assistant to join our Knitwear & Jersey Operations Department based in Trebaseleghe.

Your Impact

The Knitwear CAD Assistant  will be responsible for managing and developing technical drawings using CAD software and digital tools to support the production process of the garments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the creation of K&J Moncler collections in line with brand high aesthetic and quality standards.

Activities

  • Creating and managing digital technical drawings for the Knitwear & Jersey division, using CAD software such as Lectra.
  • Supporting the translation of the design team's ideas into clear technical drawings, complete with all necessary information for production.
  • Maintaining and continuously updating CAD files, ensuring that all changes are recorded and that the drawings are properly archived
  • Collaborating with the production team to ensure that CAD drawings are properly implemented during the product development process
  • Ensuring that the drawings comply with established technical and quality standards, monitoring any discrepancies or errors during the production process
  • Interfacing with suppliers to ensure that all technical details are understood and that production meets the scheduled timelines and cost requirements
  • Managing urgent requests and supporting all activities related to the Knitwear & Jersey team in a dynamic and evolving environment

Qualification

Who We Are Looking For

  • Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role for a luxury fashion brand represents a plus
  • Knowledge of CAD software (Lectra)
  • Able to work both independently, and in teams, with a hands-on approach
  • Highly organized, flexible, and able to work in an ever-changing environment
