Overview

MONCLER is looking for a 6 month's Allocation Intern based to join our dynamic EMEA Corporate team in Paris, from September 2025.

 

You will have the opportunity to join a team focused on different and exciting projects, exploring topics such as: store allocation and replenishment, monitoring of inventories, collection launches… and more!

 

Reporting to the Planning and Allocation Manager you will have the possibility to explore the allocation system and functionalities of the EMEA region with the goals of ensuring the best stock distribution through the collaboration on the daily allocation and replenishment activities.

 

You will have the opportunity to enrich your experience by collaborating with the retail merchandising, visual merchandising, stores and logistics teams for everything related to stock and allocation.


Your Impact

Key activities :

  • Support the extraction and analysis of the allocation and sales data lists collected across different touchpoints.
  • Run and creation of ad-hoc reporting to understand business trends and stocks situation.
  • Support the daily allocation and replenishment activities to ensure prompt and effective distribution of stock and secure that target store stock levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Allocators by setting up and continually evaluating replenishment parameters to maintain the correct level of stock in stores and stock markets at all times.
  • Interaction with Logistic and Retail Operations to define the delivery plan by store considering distributive constraints and to monitor de delivery of products to the stores and regional warehouse.
  • Contribution to ongoing projects of allocation and replenishment inside the EMEA Region.

 


Qualifications

Your profile :

  • Commercial awareness and retail mind set.
  • Desire to learn, grow and engage.
  • Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-organized
  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an eye for details;
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced level of Excel knowledge with aptitude to learn technical software and operative tools.

 

This opportunity required to have the benefit of an internship agreement and availability for a 6 months Full Time internship.
