Moncler is offering an exceptional career opportunity in one of the most iconic luxury destinations in the world. We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead and inspire the teams of our two boutiques in Saint Moritz.


Your Impact

The Store Manager strives to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative objectives always going beyond expectations, inspiring, managing and coaching the team. In this role, the person creates a genuine, attentive and long-lasting relationship with our clients, based on listening, meeting and exceeding client’s needs and expectations. 

 

Our Store Manager leads the team to achieve common goals identifying business opportunities, clear priorities, tasks and definition of roles among the team members and creates an exciting work environment where trust and respect for diversity is valued. 

  

ACTIVITIES: 

 

  • Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs, in a challenging and competitive environment; 
  • Be proactive in meeting new clients, promoting and creating events in order to generate new business opportunities; 
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and the overall standards in terms of technical maintenance, cleanness, staff personal appearance; 
  • Constantly enhance the knowledge of the brand's history and values among the team members and our clients, promote collections and product features; 
  • Concur to the definition of action plans related to the mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation; 
  • Empower others through engagement and motivation: recognize individual strengths and provide solutions to consistently improve; 
  • Be responsible for the store stock, ensuring to efficiently and effectively manage it according to KPI’s. 

Qualifications

  • 5 Years+ previous experience in managerial roles in structured Fashion & Luxury/Retail Companies (International Companies preferred); 
  • Willingness to evolve in the organization; 
  • Proven excellent client service & Sales skills; 
  • Expertise in Clienteling; 
  • Fluency & sophistication in German and English, another language is a plus; 
  • Digitally aware: deep knowledge of MS Office, payments and warehouse management systems and tools
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele and employee development 
  • Analytic mindset and strong attention to detail; 
  • Product sensitivity.
